Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and atta4d. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use this platform. Users must be at least 21 years of age and residents of Indonesia to register and play.

Access to and use of the atta4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of use:
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. atta4d uses automated and manual checks to detect underage access. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or other government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. atta4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. atta4d is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
All Accounts on atta4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Rupiah. No currency conversion is applied or required.
atta4d is committed to operating a safe, compliant, and fraud-free platform. To fulfill these obligations, we require all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal or in response to any account review triggered by unusual activity.
The primary document accepted for KYC verification is a clear, valid, unedited photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — the Indonesian National Identity Card. In some circumstances we may additionally request a selfie photograph holding the KTP, or supporting documents such as a recent bank statement confirming your payment method ownership.
Standard KYC review is completed within 24 hours of document submission. In periods of high volume, this may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
atta4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. In cases where a User fails to provide acceptable verification documents within 30 days of request, atta4d may suspend the Account and return deposited funds (net of any bonuses claimed) to the original payment method.
atta4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

atta4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description:
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who meet the stated requirements for each promotion (minimum deposit amount, opt-in requirement, qualifying game type, etc.). atta4d reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or where eligibility criteria are not met.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must place total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible games before any balance derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% of settled stakes.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses and associated winnings must be wagered within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after this period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
atta4d employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures. Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings forfeited, their Account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
atta4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and credited to a User's Account prior to the modification date.
The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the Platform, including sports betting (including mix parlay — accumulator-style multi-match bets — and voor bola — Asian handicap football wagering), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, video slots, and all other game types available on the Platform:

All content on the atta4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of atta4d or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of atta4d. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atta4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, atta4d's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
atta4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11, or where continued operation of the Account presents a legal or compliance risk to atta4d.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure, your license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply following Account closure.
atta4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. atta4d does not sell personal data to third parties.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through atta4d's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
atta4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
